AI Engineer
Job Description
Computer Enterprises Inc is building an AI-driven operations platform aimed at automating operational tasks and improving system reliability. This AI Engineer role helps take machine learning from design through production, while expanding integrations and contributing to the platform architecture that powers intelligent automation. The position is based in West Chester, PA (hybrid) with a salary range of USD 130,000 to 150,000 per year.
Responsibilities
- Design, train, validate, deploy, and monitor machine learning models to support production use.
- Build and maintain data pipelines for ingestion, validation, cleansing, and monitoring.
- Develop proof-of-concept solutions and evaluate emerging AI/ML technologies.
- Contribute to platform architecture, automation capabilities, and system integrations.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and product teams to deliver solutions.
- Create technical documentation, test plans, recommendations, and reports.
- Support testing, analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering, Data Engineering, or Software Engineering.
- Strong programming experience with Python.
- Experience developing, deploying, and monitoring machine learning models in production.
- Hands-on experience with machine learning, deep learning, statistical analysis, or data mining.
- Experience building scalable data pipelines and processing frameworks.
- Knowledge of Kafka, Spark, Docker, and modern cloud technologies.
- Strong software engineering and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a related technical field.
- Experience with AI agents, automation platforms, or intelligent workflow solutions.
- Background supporting Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), observability, or operations automation initiatives.
- Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, or agentic AI frameworks.
- Familiarity with AWS, Databricks, and related cloud platforms.
Tech Stack
