Job Description

Join Corning onsite in Phoenix, AZ to turn site data into insights that support smarter decisions across manufacturing, warehouse, quality, and business operations. In this role, you will work closely with site leadership, cross-functional teams, and IT to deliver accurate reporting, spotlight performance trends, and help enable continuous improvement.

What you’ll do

  • Collect, validate, analyze, and report data from manufacturing, warehouse, quality, and business systems to support operational decision-making
  • Build, maintain, and improve recurring reports, dashboards, scorecards, and KPI tracking for site leadership and functional teams
  • Run routine and ad hoc analyses to identify trends, issues, and opportunities that support business decisions, root cause investigations, and process improvements
  • Partner with operations, supply chain, quality, finance, and IT to improve data quality, reporting consistency, and issue resolution across systems
  • Support the definition of reporting requirements, KPI standards, and documentation to create sustainable, repeatable reporting processes
  • Participate in projects tied to operational excellence, digital transformation, and reporting enhancements

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in data Analytics, Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business analytics
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts, data analysis)
  • Experience with reporting and data visualization tools, such as Power BI, Tableau, SAP reporting tools, or similar tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Tools you’ll use

  • Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SAP reporting tools, SAP, ERP systems, SQL
  • Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred

  • Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, supply chain, or plant environments
  • Experience working with SAP, ERP systems, or operational reporting tools
  • Familiarity with KPI reporting, plant performance metrics, SQL, data querying, or basic data modeling
  • Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
  • Experience supporting cross-functional teams in an industrial or operations setting

Salary range: USD 64,873 - 89,201 per year.
