Data Scientist II
Job Description
Build and deploy data science solutions for finance use cases, from exploratory analysis to predictive modeling and generative or agentic AI automation.
Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to produce insights, support predictions, and address business problems
- Collaborate with engineering teams and business analysts to implement solutions and communicate results
- Lead end-to-end solutioning for finance use cases spanning predictive analytics, classical machine learning, and generative AI
- Convert business requirements into appropriate analytic and AI approaches
- Own experimentation, model evaluation, and feature design
- Mentor junior data scientists to improve technical quality of deliverables
- Support prompt engineering, including RAG design and evaluation frameworks
- Apply responsible AI practices in generative and agentic workflows
- Partner with architects and ML engineers to ensure solutions are deployable and usable
- Follow corporate standards and policies, including code of conduct, safety, GxP compliance, and data security
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably Computer Science or Data Science) with at least 5 years of relevant experience OR Master’s degree in a relevant field with at least 4 years of experience
- Programming experience with Python, R, or SQL
- Hands-on experience across data science and data analytics
- Proven experience with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and evaluation of generative or agentic models in a corporate environment
- Ability to multitask and work within defined timelines
- Demonstrated capability to learn, understand, and master new technologies

Compensation: USD 78,500 - 141,000 per year
Experience: 5+ years (with Bachelor’s) or 4+ years (with Master’s)
