Job Description
Contract MS Dynamics Software Engineer role in Berlin, CT, focused on Microsoft Dynamics CRM tasks as part of a project team.
Responsibilities
- Execute foundational end-to-end software engineering tasks for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, from analysis through delivery.
- Conduct basic requirements and technical analysis to guide implementation.
- Implement software development tasks within the Dynamics CRM environment.
- Design and execute tests to verify functionality and quality.
- Identify, debug, and resolve defects in the CRM solution.
- Configure CRM components according to design specifications.
- Investigate incidents and contribute to root-cause analysis and remediation.
- Produce and maintain documentation for both technical and user-facing purposes.
- Monitor system health and establish alerts to detect issues early.
- Deliver project enhancements aligned with user and system design specifications.
- Operate within team guidelines to independently address well-scoped problems.
- Seek opportunities to expand technical knowledge and capabilities over time.
