Join DSV in Lancaster, TX as a Data Analyst, Operations (onsite). This role focuses on turning operational information into clear status updates for the customer and actionable insights for the management team. You will help keep warehouse performance visible through KPI monitoring and recurring reporting, while supporting continuous improvements across space, labor, and equipment utilization.
Pay: USD 65,000 - 70,000 per year

What you’ll do
- Analyze operational data to track performance against KPIs and service goals.
- Prepare and present recurring operational reports for the customer.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the warehouse operational flow to deliver accurate operational status updates.
- Collaborate with the Operations team to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks or discrepancies.
- Provide data-driven insights to support optimization of space, labor, and equipment utilization.
- Ensure reporting meets client-specific SLAs and quality requirements.
- Act as the customer-facing data liaison by providing timely operational updates and reports.
- Assist with preparation for operational and business review meetings with key customers.
What you’ll need
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or Data Analysis preferred.
- Experience: 2+ years in logistics, warehouse operations, or data analysis.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, and data visualization).
- Ability to extract and analyze operational data using WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).
- Comfort managing reporting tools (Excel and spreadsheets) to deliver clear, actionable insights.
- English proficiency.
- Good mathematical skills and excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of the Supply Chain and Logistics industry.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict reporting deadlines.
- Ability to work in unregulated temperatures in the warehouse during warmer and colder months (range can be mild to moderate).
- Ability to work overtime as dictated by the business (mandatory or voluntary).

Work environment & physical demands
- Noise level is usually low to moderate.
- Exposure to fumes or airborne particles is rare.
- Must follow physical demands including walking and standing constantly, bending frequently, and occasional hand and finger manipulation, sitting, and handling product or packaging materials.
- Ability to lift/carry and push/pull 21-50 pounds.
- Additional requirements may include reaching above shoulder, reaching outward, squatting, or kneeling.
- Other requirements: ESD / Composite Toe Boots.
