Job Description

Growth Marketing Specialist, onsite in East Syracuse, NY, focused on paid media, social campaigns, and analytics, with a compensation range of USD 26 - 30 per hour.

Responsibilities

Oversee and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive performance
Contribute to paid and organic social media initiatives
Evaluate campaign results and user funnels to uncover growth opportunities
Partner on website improvements and conversion rate optimization efforts
Convert data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations

Requirements

2 to 5 years of experience in digital or growth marketing
Demonstrated experience with Google Ads
Experience or strong interest in social media marketing
Strong analytical ability with data interpretation
Fundamental knowledge of GA4, tracking, and performance metrics
Hands-on, proactive, and adaptable
