AI Engineer

Flexjet is looking for an AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI solutions that can stand up in production. This onsite role in Cleveland, OH brings together model development, engineering practices, and cross-functional collaboration to improve user experiences and deliver business value through scalable AI systems.

What you’ll do

• Design and develop machine learning and deep learning models for real-world applications
• Build, test, and deploy AI/ML pipelines in production environments
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into practical AI solutions
• Optimize model performance, scalability, and reliability over time
• Work with large datasets including preprocessing, feature engineering, and data validation
• Implement APIs and integrate AI models into existing systems
• Monitor model performance and retrain as needed
• Stay current with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
• Strong programming skills in Python (and/or Java, C++)
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn
• Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles
• Experience with data processing tools including Pandas, NumPy, and SQL
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
