Job Description

Build enterprise-ready AI solutions in Grand Prairie, Texas with an onsite schedule and a focus on LLM and RAG pipeline engineering.

Responsibilities

  • Architect RAG pipelines and integrate generative AI into enterprise cloud environments
  • Use Hugging Face, LangChain, and the OpenAI API to implement RAG pipeline components
  • Convert complex model outputs into clear, actionable recommendations for operations teams and executive stakeholders

Requirements

  • AI Engineer with 5+ years of experience (no limit for a right candidate)
  • Hands-on LLM/AI experience with Hugging Face, LangChain, and the OpenAI API
  • Experience architecting RAG pipelines using Hugging Face, LangChain, and the OpenAI API
  • Strong communication skills to translate complex model outputs into actionable recommendations for operations and executives
  • Proficiency with Python, R, and SQL, plus LLM/RAG pipeline development using Hugging Face, LangChain, and the OpenAI API

Compensation

  • USD 135,000 - 148,500 per year
  • Listed structure: USD $148,500 Gross ($135,000 base + 5% organizational bonus + 5% performance bonus)

Good to Have Skills

  • 2–4 years working in the manufacturing domain
  • Experience with shop floor operations, production planning, and systems including MES, SCADA, and ERP
  • Proficiency in industrial protocols: OPC-UA, MQTT, Modbus
  • Ability to bridge OT/IT systems for real-time data extraction
  • Applied experience with OEE, Six Sigma, SPC, and lean methodologies to drive measurable gains in yield, uptime, and efficiency
