Job Description
Capgemini Invent is evolving its consulting model to be AI-enabled by design, combining analytics, automation, and generative AI to augment human judgment. On the Data Driven Transformation (DDT) team, you’ll help organizations unlock value from their data and AI investments through meaningful, scalable change. This onsite role in Atlanta, GA supports building and deploying AI components that fit within broader AI architectures for consulting engagements.
Salary: USD 110,000 - 137,500 per year

Your role
You will build and deploy defined AI components within a broader architecture for AI-enabled consulting engagements. The work includes creating AI pipelines and agent workflows, implementing retrieval and tool-calling patterns, and supporting proof of concepts from technical validation through documentation and client sessions.
What you’ll do
- Build AI pipelines, prompts, and agent workflows.
- Implement RAG, tool-calling, and basic agents.
- Write clean Python and SQL to support development and integration.
- Support proofs of concept and benchmarks.
- Document AI designs and join client technical sessions.
What you bring
- Strong AI literacy, including core AI and generative AI concepts, and how these apply to enterprise transformation.
- Ability to identify and support AI-enabled opportunities that improve business outcomes and delivery effectiveness.
- Experience with AI-augmented ways of working to enhance research, analysis, and solution development.
- Effective collaboration across strategy, technology, data, and design to enable AI-driven solutions.
- Solid understanding of responsible AI principles including ethics, privacy, security, and governance.
- Curiosity and a continuous learning mindset for emerging AI capabilities in client environments.
- 3–5 years in software, data, or AI engineering.
- Practical experience with Python, SQL, APIs, and cloud.
- Exposure to LLMs, prompting, RAG, and agents.
- Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong engineering fundamentals.
