Data & AI Engineer

Winnebago Industries Inc is seeking a Data & AI Engineer to support enterprise data and AI initiatives in a hybrid setting based in Eden Prairie, MN. In this role, you will design and operationalize data pipelines, build AI and analytics capabilities, and help strengthen data foundations that support platform and roadmap goals.

What you will do

• Design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines and AI solutions using Azure and Databricks to support platform strategy and roadmaps.
• Develop and operationalize LLM/ML/AI capabilities within pipelines and workflows so output quality and performance improve as use cases evolve.
• Implement and maintain enterprise ontology, master data management, data standards, and data quality practices to enable analytics and AI solutions.
• Apply Dev/Sec/Ops best practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, and automation to improve delivery speed and operational stability.
• Partner with development and data teams across the organization, supporting a culture of best practices, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Support and operate existing and legacy data platforms and integrations.
• Collaborate with business and analytics teams to translate requirements into technical designs that deliver measurable business value.
• Handle other duties as assigned based on business need.

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Spark (including PySpark/SQL) and Delta Lake engineering skills.
• Proven experience designing, implementing, and maintaining data and analytics capabilities using Microsoft Azure, Databricks, and Python (or comparable technologies).
• May require travel to other Winnebago locations.
