Data Analyst

Air Culinaire Worldwide is looking for a Data Analyst in Tampa, FL (onsite) to help keep mission-critical business information accurate and accessible. In this role, you will spend a meaningful portion of your time maintaining master data in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O), enabling smooth day-to-day operations and supporting timely ad-hoc reporting across the organization.

You will work closely with Finance, Operations, Sales, and IT to ensure system data integrity and to deliver reporting outputs when business needs change. If you enjoy turning data into dependable, usable information and collaborating with multiple teams to resolve data issues, this position offers a direct impact on core business processes.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain master data including items, pricing, fees, customers, vendors, and delivery-related data within D365 to support business operations
• Handle ad-hoc reporting requests using SQL and available reporting tools
• Extract, analyze, and validate data from ERP systems to support operational and financial reporting
• Maintain data accuracy, completeness, and integrity across system records
• Assist business users with data-related requests and troubleshooting
• Identify opportunities to improve data processes and system efficiency
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Sales, and IT to support accurate system configuration and reporting outputs
• Document ERP data maintenance and reporting procedures
• Support the Business Analysis Manager and team with additional tasks and projects as needed

Requirements

• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, etc.) (required)
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis (required)
• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years’ experience in a data support role preferred
• Prior experience working with ERP systems, with D365 F&O preferred
• Experience managing or maintaining operational or financial data within business systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into data or reporting solutions
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of results, and collaborate with the team
• Strong organization skills to manage multiple priorities and shifting deadlines
