Data Analyst

The Data Analyst role at Benda Infotech centers on turning business and data requirements into actionable insights. You will also build and improve ETL workflows for integration and transformation, while maintaining data quality to support BI, reporting, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business and data requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
• Develop, enhance, and optimize ETL processes for data integration and transformation.
• Conduct data analysis to support business intelligence, reporting, and analytics initiatives.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across multiple data sources.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to identify data-driven solutions.
• Support data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting activities.
• Identify risks, data issues, and opportunities to improve data management processes.
• Create and maintain documentation related to data flows, mappings, and business rules.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• SQL proficiency
• Good knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM)
• Data analysis and data validation
• ETL design, development, and optimization
• Data integration and data quality management
• Business intelligence and reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Graduate in Computer Science, or related field
• 0-2 years of experience in data engineering or related field
