Data Analyst

Robotics Technologies is hiring a Data Analyst for a contract role based in Richmond, VA on site. This position focuses on collecting, analyzing, interpreting, and visualizing business data to support decision-making across the organization, with domain exposure in telecom.

As part of the engagement (Job ID J53552), you will work with stakeholders and collaborate with data engineering and business intelligence teams to deliver reliable reporting, insights, and automated analytics processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
• Write complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data.
• Identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand data requirements.
• Run data quality checks and resolve data discrepancies.
• Prepare reports and present analytical findings to management.
• Collaborate with data engineering and business intelligence teams.
• Automate recurring reports and improve data analysis processes.

Required Qualifications

• Strong SQL and database querying experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
• Knowledge of Python for data analysis.
• Strong understanding of data modeling and data validation.
• Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and data interpretation.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
