Data Analyst

In this Data Analyst role, you will work closely with senior management and technical partners to shape data requirements and deliver scalable reporting. Aquent Talent is focused on enterprise-grade data systems, where your work supports reliable ETL operations, strong database design, and clear translation of complex information into actionable insights.

Based in Redmond, WA, this position is onsite with an hourly rate of USD 47–53. The role requires 2+ years of relevant professional experience and a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.

What you’ll do

• Partner with senior management, technical teams, and internal clients to define data requirements, support business data strategies, and apply best practices for advanced data manipulation, storage, and analysis.
• Create and code logical and physical database descriptions, helping communicate database identifiers to management systems or guiding others through implementation.
• Design, implement, automate, and maintain large-scale enterprise ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure data integrity and availability.
• Modify existing databases and database management systems, or direct programmers and analysts to make required adjustments.
• Test programs and databases, identify and correct errors, and implement changes to improve performance and accuracy.

What you bring

• Proven experience with various database technologies.
• Solid understanding and practical experience with the ETL process.
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, including the ability to break down complex issues and deliver effective solutions.
• A demonstrated history of success in previous roles, including the ability to deliver results.
• A genuine interest in working with data and enabling data-driven business decisions.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.
• 2–4 years of relevant professional experience in data analysis or a related field.
