Data Analyst

Join Sedgwick in a role centered on accurate reporting and data integrity, supporting both internal teams and external users. This Texas (onsite) position focuses on compiling data, analyzing results, and delivering reports that help verify data accuracy, including custom and exception reporting.

What you’ll do

• Compile data, prepare and distribute reports, and analyze results to support accurate decision-making.
• Ensure data integrity by developing and producing reports used to measure data accuracy.
• Create exception reports to identify fields containing incorrect data.
• Generate custom reports for both internal users and external clients.
• Support internal and external users with reporting, installation, screen-related needs, and related support.
• May assist with completing client set-up and maintenance (parameter) forms.
• Support the organization’s quality program(s).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Five (5) years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two (2) years of query and report writing experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of query and report writing.
• Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills.
• PC literate, including Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical and interpretive skills, with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies.

• Credit security clearance confirmed via a background credit check is required.
