Data Analyst - Cyber Capability Center - TS w/ SCI/SAP Eligibility

Applied Research Solutions is hiring a full-time Data Analyst to support the Headquarters Cyber Capability Center (HQ CCC) at Scott AFB, IL onsite. In this role, you will contribute to efforts aimed at identifying cryptographic capability gaps and supporting Air Force Cryptographic Modernization through planned, coordinated events and secure topic development.

The position focuses on analytics and event-driven information support that advances cyber mission capabilities. Work will be conducted in support of Government-approved conferences and requirements activities tied to HQ CCC crypto and Cyber initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Host Government and inter-agency conferences, symposiums, High Performance Team (HPT) events, user forums, or workshops when authorized by the Government.
• Support planning for formal and informal requirements-gathering conferences and meetings for HQ CCC crypto/Cyber programs, including efforts that may extend through Formal Requirement document development.
• Perform end-to-end event support, including pre-event planning, on-site coordination, serving as a proctor or presenter, completing post-event tasks, and developing secure CM topics aligned to Research & Development, Science and Technology, or the technical advancement of Cyber missions.
• Pre-event planning may include site selection, creating and distributing announcements, developing the agenda and materials, and supporting registration as requested by the Government.
• On-site coordination may include attendee check-in, addressing security issues, and document control, including recording minutes, tracking open-action items, and coordinating with the host facility.
• Post-event work may include producing and delivering conference proceedings, pursuing action items to closure, and generating a lessons-learned report.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum qualifications

• 2+ years of experience (minimum).

Requirements

• TS Clearance with SCI/SAP Eligibility.
• US Citizen.
