Data Analyst I
Job Description
Lead with data: build reporting, dashboards, and visualizations that support quality improvement and regulatory compliance onsite in Klamath Falls.
Responsibilities
- Deliver timely, reliable reports, metrics, and performance indicators aligned to organizational priorities
- Analyze data from multiple sources to surface trends, opportunities, and actionable insights
- Fulfill reporting requests with solutions that are accurate, meaningful, and matched to stakeholder needs
- Maintain accurate, complete, consistent, and reliable data for reporting and performance measurement
- Detect and help resolve data quality issues that impact reporting outcomes
- Support organizational confidence in data through validation and quality assurance practices
- Develop dashboards, visualizations, and reporting solutions to make complex information clear and usable
- Present data to support understanding, accountability, and informed decision-making
- Continuously improve reporting tools to reflect evolving organizational requirements
- Collaborate with leaders and staff to understand reporting needs and performance goals
- Translate business questions into analytics outputs, dashboards, and performance measures
- Support quality improvement, compliance, performance measurement, and strategic initiatives using data-driven insights
- Identify opportunities to streamline reporting, improve data accessibility, and increase efficiency
- Recommend and implement improvements that enhance reporting processes and stakeholder experience
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and data-informed decision-making
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
- OR: Associate degree in a related field plus 2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, or a related field
- Experience analyzing data and developing reports, dashboards, or performance measures
- Working knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and data analysis tools
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and commitment to data accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality
