Machine Learning Engineer - LLMs
Job Description
Hadrian Automation is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to lead the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle for language models designed to understand and reason over manufacturing data packages. The role centers on fine-tuned document understanding systems, annotation and active learning workflows, and evaluation frameworks that measure user impact.

Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of professional AI/ML experience, including at least 2 years working directly with large language models, such as fine-tuning, RLHF/DPO, or pre-training.
- Special consideration for experience with layout-aware models.
- Strong Python and PyTorch skills, including building custom training loops, loss functions, and data loaders from scratch when needed.
