Operations Data Analyst
Job Description
Computershare is seeking an Operations Data Analyst to partner with Operations leaders and executive stakeholders, turning operational data into actionable insights. The role focuses on building reporting that leaders can rely on, analyzing complex datasets, and strengthening data quality and reporting governance to support operational performance and decision-making.
This position will be based in Frisco, TX, North Palm Beach, FL, or Toronto, ON in a hybrid setup. For employees in Toronto, the standard work week is 37.5 hours, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with at least three days per week in the office and flexibility to work from home for part of the week.
What you’ll do
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards and scorecards for operational performance, efficiency, volume, quality, service levels, and capacity
- Create scalable reporting solutions using Power BI and other reporting tools
- Analyze large, complex datasets to surface trends, risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
- Turn business questions into structured analyses and actionable recommendations
- Proactively identify insights and opportunities for leadership teams
- Partner with Operations, Process Improvement, and Technology teams to improve data quality and usability
- Produce concise, executive-ready reporting and summaries that clearly communicate findings and recommendations
- Establish and maintain standard definitions, metrics, documentation, and reporting governance
- Support operational teams with reporting, analytics, and performance measurement initiatives
What you bring
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role supporting operational teams
- Hands-on experience with Power BI or other reporting and analytics platforms
- Strong SQL skills
- Advanced Excel including pivot tables, formulas, and data modeling
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience presenting data, trends, and insights to stakeholders
- Ability to ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy
- Self-starter who can work effectively with minimal direction
- Ability to anticipate business needs
- Strong communication skills for executive audiences

Compensation and application timing
- Salary: USD 70,000 - 105,000 per year
