Production Data Analyst
Job Description
Kelvion Products Inc is seeking a Production Data Analyst in Catoosa, OK on site to coordinate production schedules, forecast demand, optimize resource allocation, and collaborate across departments to meet production goals while controlling costs and avoiding delays.
Responsibilities
- Assess production specifications and plant capacity to identify efficient manufacturing approaches.
- Create and maintain production calendars based on lead times, inventory levels, and customer demand.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and operations to ensure materials are available when needed.
- Track production progress and adjust plans to relieve bottlenecks and delays on the shop floor.
- Generate detailed reports on production performance, efficiency metrics, and cost analyses.
- Identify and resolve operational issues that could impact timelines, including variances between planned and actual hours and direct versus indirect time.
- Forecast production costs and perform cost-benefit analyses for proposed changes.
- Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the production process.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of analytical, planning, or related experience in a manufacturing or supply chain setting.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with production planning software such as SAP, Oracle, or Excel.
- Proficiency in Business Intelligence presentation platforms such as PowerBI.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience in manufacturing or supply chain environments preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
