Senior Data Analyst
Job Description
Support and improve an enterprise project management platform by partnering with business stakeholders to strengthen workflows, delivery, and user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Administer, maintain, and enhance enterprise project management applications
- Manage user access, roles, permissions, and account updates following established governance processes
- Troubleshoot application issues and collaborate with stakeholders to address user concerns
- Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements with stakeholders
- Create and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation
- Support Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog management, and requirements clarification
- Develop and maintain standardized project workflows, templates, schedules, dependencies, and milestones, including automation logic
- Identify opportunities to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency
- Support workflow optimization initiatives that increase project visibility and execution
- Build UAT test plans, test cases, traceability matrices, and edge-case scenarios
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities with business stakeholders
- Document defects, track issues, and support resolution efforts
- Validate AI-assisted deliverables and testing artifacts for accuracy and business alignment
- Develop and maintain Power Automate flows and other Microsoft Power Platform solutions to reduce manual effort and improve productivity
- Monitor system performance, user feedback, enhancement requests, and recurring issues
- Escalate risks, trends, and improvement opportunities to senior team members when appropriate
- Create release notes, training materials, communications, and user documentation
- Support application rollouts and adoption initiatives
- Assist with training video creation and end-user support resources
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of related experience supporting business applications, project management systems, or PMO-related technology solutions
- Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements
- Understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum concepts, and user story development
- Experience creating test cases, supporting UAT, and documenting defects
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Automate
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Project Portfolio Management (PPM) or project management applications

- Exposure to AI-assisted business analysis, requirements management, or testing tools
- Knowledge of change management and training development practices
