Senior Data Engineer

The Senior Data Engineer role at Quadrant Technologies focuses on end-to-end solution design, development, and delivery using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI. The position includes active client communication to align technical direction with business requirements and ensure deliverables are completed successfully.

Role Focus

You will design, build, and implement data solutions leveraging Microsoft Fabric and Power BI, including development work that supports a Semantic Model. This role also includes participation in technical discussions with client teams to gather requirements and recommend appropriate approaches.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.
• Collaborate with client teams to understand business requirements and propose suitable technical solutions.
• Lead technical discussions and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the engagement.
• Own deliverables from requirement gathering through development, deployment, and completion.
• Support solution quality, timely delivery, and alignment with client expectations.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of relevant experience, preferably with deep hands-on expertise in Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.
• Strong technical capability and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work directly with clients.
• Proven ability to manage deliverables independently and drive them to completion.
