Livingston International Inc. is hiring a Client Data Analyst in Amherst, NY (onsite). This role helps keep client records accurate and compliant by ensuring customer information is entered and maintained correctly in the systems used by the business. What you’ll do

Set up customer accounts in the customer relationship management system (CRM) in line with Customs regulations.
Review power-of-attorney documents for customers.
Validate pricing and other required documents to ensure records meet expectations.
Maintain and update existing customer account data, including name and address changes, client billing routing details, and rates.
Secure required signatures and confirm that necessary documents are available.
Collaborate with colleagues to identify data-related issues and assist with resolving them.
Ensure high quality data is collected and maintained over time.
Complete other duties as assigned by management.
Follow established policies and procedures consistently.

What you bring

Strong customer service orientation and the ability to represent the company professionally.
Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills.
Ability to accurately record data with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently under a tight schedule and prioritize workflow.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).
Tech savvy; Salesforce.com experience is preferred.
