The Human Resources Data Analyst will collect and interpret HR data to support strategic decision-making at BRISTOL COUNTY SAVINGS BANK. This part-time, onsite role in Raynham, MA focuses on building reporting assets, conducting deeper analyses for HR initiatives, and maintaining high standards for data accuracy through structured quality checks.
Role Overview
In this position, you will analyze HR information from multiple sources, develop dashboards and reports for key HR metrics, and translate findings into actionable insights for HR priorities. You will partner with HR professionals to identify data-driven solutions and ensure that data remains reliable through regular audits and quality controls.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data from sources such as payroll, performance reviews, and employee surveys.
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to monitor key metrics and surface trends.
- Perform in-depth analysis to support HR initiatives including talent acquisition, employee development, and compensation.
- Collaborate with HR professionals to identify data-driven approaches to HR challenges.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and quality checks, including creating and maintaining a quality control schedule.

Performs functions within the scope of authority and expertise to provide a high level of service and responsiveness to customers and the community in which the organization serves.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools including Excel, PowerBI, Python, Tableau, Microsoft Fabric, and other statistical software.
- Experience working with and interpreting HR data, trends, and metrics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently while building strong collaborative partnerships with the team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
