Experis is hiring an AI Engineer for an onsite role in Jersey City, NJ 07311, supporting a banking cybersecurity organization focused on Security Operations and threat-detection initiatives. In this position, you will help build GenAI and LLM-powered chatbot and agent capabilities that connect to security data in an enterprise Data Lakehouse and Databricks environment.
You will work across security, data engineering, and Security Operations teams to turn operational needs into scalable AI features. The work centers on enabling security teams to query, analyze, and investigate threats using natural language, backed by production-ready LLM and RAG systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build AI-powered chatbots and agents for cybersecurity and threat-detection use cases.
- Develop agentic AI and GenAI solutions that let security teams query, analyze, and investigate security data using natural language.
- Integrate AI applications with security data stored in an enterprise Data Lakehouse and Databricks environment.
- Create solutions to analyze large security datasets to identify threats, anomalies, suspicious behavior, and emerging risk patterns.
- Develop and integrate LLMs, RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector search, and AI agents into production applications.
- Build APIs and data integrations that connect AI applications to enterprise security data sources.
- Collaborate with Cybersecurity, Data Engineering, and Security Operations teams to translate requirements into scalable AI capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Strong Python development experience.
- Hands-on experience building GenAI applications, chatbots, and AI agents.
- Experience with LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases/search, and agentic frameworks.
- Strong experience with Databricks and Lakehouse architectures.
- Experience working with large-scale data using SQL, Spark/PySpark, and APIs.
