AI engineer

Robotics Technologies LLC is seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions. This role partners with product, data, and engineering teams to deliver intelligent, data-driven applications in an onsite environment in Atlanta, Georgia.

Role Overview

In this position, you will build production-grade AI systems, including end-to-end ML pipelines and Generative AI capabilities. You will also contribute to NLP solutions that power conversational experiences, summarization, and information retrieval, with an emphasis on performance, scalability, and operational readiness.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, train, and deploy machine learning and AI models for real-world applications.
• Develop end-to-end ML pipelines covering data ingestion, feature engineering, training, validation, and deployment.
• Implement Generative AI solutions using LLMs including OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, LLaMA, and related models.
• Build and optimize NLP systems for chatbots, conversational AI, summarization, and information retrieval.
• Apply prompt engineering approaches, including RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) and vector database workflows.
• Fine-tune transformer models and evaluate model performance.
• Deploy ML models using MLOps best practices, including CI/CD, monitoring, and retraining.
• Collaborate with data engineers to work with large-scale structured and unstructured data.
• Optimize model performance, scalability, and inference latency.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to architectural decisions.
• Support ethical AI practices, data privacy, and model governance standards.
