PwC's Data and Analytics Engineering practice in Dallas is seeking an AI Engineer / Data Scientist, AI Manager to lead the development of advanced AI and ML solutions and turn raw data into actionable insights. This role blends hands-on technical leadership with client account management, ownership of projects from strategy through delivery, and mentoring to elevate team capabilities and client value.

- Salary: USD 99,000 - 297,000 per year
- Minimum experience: 4 years

Responsibilities
- Lead the development and deployment of advanced AI and machine learning solutions to drive innovation and improve business processes
- Design and optimize algorithms, models, and systems to enable intelligent decision making and automation
- Transform raw data into actionable insights to support informed decision making and business growth
- Supervise and coach teams to deliver high-quality work and meet client expectations
- Analyze interdependencies and interactions within complex systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Own projects end to end, including planning, budgeting, execution, and delivery
- Collaborate with team leadership to maintain shared ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables
- Encourage skill development beyond comfort zones and mentor team members to deepen their skills
- Address conflicts or issues through direct conversations with clients, team members, and stakeholders
- Uphold professional and technical standards, including PwC code of conduct and independence requirements
