PwC's Data and Analytics Engineering practice in Dallas is seeking an AI Engineer / Data Scientist, AI Manager to lead the development of advanced AI and ML solutions and turn raw data into actionable insights. This role blends hands-on technical leadership with client account management, ownership of projects from strategy through delivery, and mentoring to elevate team capabilities and client value.

  • Location: Dallas, TX (onsite)
  • Salary: USD 99,000 - 297,000 per year
  • Minimum experience: 4 years
  • Education: Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and deployment of advanced AI and machine learning solutions to drive innovation and improve business processes
  • Design and optimize algorithms, models, and systems to enable intelligent decision making and automation
  • Transform raw data into actionable insights to support informed decision making and business growth
  • Supervise and coach teams to deliver high-quality work and meet client expectations
  • Analyze interdependencies and interactions within complex systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Own projects end to end, including planning, budgeting, execution, and delivery
  • Collaborate with team leadership to maintain shared ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables
  • Encourage skill development beyond comfort zones and mentor team members to deepen their skills
  • Address conflicts or issues through direct conversations with clients, team members, and stakeholders
  • Uphold professional and technical standards, including PwC code of conduct and independence requirements

  • Certifications related to data engineering, machine learning, and cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, or related credentials)
  • Proven proficiency in AI implementation and machine learning
  • Experience excelling in client support and engagement
  • Strong capabilities in data and analytics engineering
  • Track record of leveraging technology and innovation in project execution
  • Ability to motivate and inspire teams to deliver quality results
