AI Engineer Global Broking

TP ICAP’s Global Broking team is hiring an AI Engineer to design, build, deploy, and maintain AI services as a dedicated spoke of the central AI & Innovation Lab.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design AI solutions aligned to business challenges
• Build and deploy AI applications for high-performance, scalable outcomes optimized for real-time operations
• Translate stakeholder requirements into technical solutions that meet business objectives and central AI & Innovation Lab standards
• Scale AI agent solutions while maintaining strict data stewardship and compliance standards
• Co-develop and enhance the shared AI service platform and frameworks with the AI & Innovation Lab
• Provide domain-specific customization by contributing insights, requirements, and enhancements to shared platform capabilities
• Deliver ongoing support and maintenance for deployed AI solutions, resolving issues impacting business processes
• Present AI project updates and key developments to leadership and business stakeholders, demonstrating value and alignment to AI strategy

Requirements

• Expertise in Generative AI and Machine Learning
• Hands-on experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Practical experience with Python in AI/ML frameworks and libraries
• Proven track record designing domain-specific solutions and building scalable, robust services for production environments
• Experience managing technical priorities within an Agile backlog, resolving dependencies, and staying aligned with business objectives and central AI team standards
• Ability to present complex technical concepts to internal professionals and business stakeholders with varied technical backgrounds
• AWS experience, including AI services such as Bedrock, and familiarity with the Serverless ecosystem within established cloud frameworks
• Front-end proficiency, particularly React, including building responsive interfaces that integrate with AI-driven back-end services
• Back-end development experience building and deploying scalable APIs and microservices to support AI solutions
• Knowledge of OAuth (Okta) for secure authentication and authorization in full-stack applications, supporting data protection and privacy across AI solutions
• Proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented, able to work effectively in fast-paced environments
• Analytical, with strong problem-solving skills and openness to innovative ideas
• Excellent communication skills, tailoring approach to different audiences while respecting professional and company values
• Strong organization and calm under pressure, with continuous improvement mindset and effective collaboration with the AI & Innovation Lab
