Job Description

Build modern pharmaceutical data foundations and automation to power end-to-end clinical and commercial supply chain decision-making.

  • Design and implement modern data foundations by designing, building, and deploying scalable data pipelines
  • Deliver data and analytics more effectively using innovation and technology solutions such as Databricks, Python, and Agentic AI
  • Create WebApps for Proof-of-Concept solutions that can be industrialized later in the React Platform
  • Streamline processes by reducing manual work through advanced automation and machine learning
  • Advance the Data Strategy and support transition to future-ready systems and intelligent data architectures
  • Engineer analytics-ready data foundations by designing, building, and optimizing pipelines and architectures using Databricks, Python, Dataverse, and advanced SQL
  • Transform operational data from SAP, MES, LIMS, and other sources across drug substance and drug product manufacturing and supply operations into accessible, analytics-ready datasets
  • Translate requirements between business and technology by gathering stakeholder needs and converting them into clear business requirements and precise technical specifications
  • Collaborate with supply chain planners, quality teams, and manufacturing stakeholders across drug substance and drug product functions
  • Develop agentic AI workflows and machine learning models to automate decision-making and generate proactive business insights
  • Build and deploy user-friendly WebApps that support business operations, data entry, and interaction with underlying data models
  • Manage code quality using modern development tools (VS Code) and AI coding assistants (Cline) with GitHub version control for scripts, applications, and data models
  • Partner on systems architecture with data architects to support scalable, secure, and efficient data models for both analytical and transactional workloads
  • Document and enable adoption by documenting processes, code, data models, and system architectures, and providing training and technical support as new technologies roll out
