The Call Recording Speech Analytics Engineer role is based in Charlotte, NC on-site with Accenture Flex, focusing on implementing and supporting call recording, speech analytics, and workforce management solutions, with approximately 60 percent on-site client work and a emphasis on performance testing and stability.
Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and provide ongoing support for call recording, speech analytics, and workforce management solutions for the client.
- Engage in hands-on engineering, coordinate with vendors, conduct testing, provide performance support, and stabilize postproduction operations.
- Contribute to performance testing and tuning efforts to ensure the application remains stable and scalable.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Call Recording and Speech Analytics
- 10+ years of overall IT experience
- Bachelor's degree
