AI Engineer

Experis is hiring an AI Engineer to support enterprise AI solutions within the AI & Automation Department. If you enjoy building practical AI that helps teams move faster, this role focuses on deploying solutions with Microsoft Copilot and Azure AI services, along with automation, integrations, monitoring, and staying current with Generative AI and AI governance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement enterprise AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI services, and modern AI technologies
• Improve productivity by building AI-powered automation and intelligent workflows
• Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models and support seamless API integrations
• Use data analytics and AI monitoring tools to optimize AI solutions and help ensure responsible AI practices
• Stay current on Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI governance to drive ongoing innovation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
• 5+ years of experience across software engineering, AI/ML, cloud engineering, or automation
• 2+ years hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and Microsoft Copilot technologies
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure OpenAI Services, and Azure AI Studio
• Strong skills in prompt engineering, API integration, data analytics, and responsible AI practices
