Data Analyst, Data Transformation

Citco’s Data Transformation team is looking for a Data Analyst to help digitize the client experience. In this role, you analyze and document business needs and support the delivery of data and analytics functionality within required timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Citco platform owners to understand system data and architecture
• Partner with business groups to identify tactical and strategic data needs
• Use system data to mock up solutions for point to point integrations
• Create and maintain a documentation repository for data integration projects
• Coordinate with technology groups for planning, implementation, and deployment
• Build data or analytics solutions for business teams using platforms available to the team
• Through partnership with the business, define, sponsor, and steer development initiatives
• Create and refine a backlog of user stories aligned with business objectives
• Influence and guide technology, project management, and operations teams in solution delivery
• Contribute to product vision and align the roadmap to strategic goals
• Maintain and develop expertise, keeping abreast of market trends, direction, and competitors
• Collaborate with other product teams on prioritization and reuse of functionality
• Work with the Product Manager and stakeholders to prioritize product enhancements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline, such as computer science, engineering, finance, economics, or accounting
• Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, C++, VBA, Qlik, Tableau, and/or Power BI
• Project management skills with attention to detail and proven ability to multi-task
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to relay business concepts to technology teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong visual communication skills using PowerPoint and Visio

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Atlassian products
• Certified Scrum Master or Certified Scum Product Owner
• Familiarity with AWS
