Data Analyst
Job Description
Operations Support Data Analyst role focused on turning operational data into metrics that improve Client Experience and Knowledge Centered Support (KCS) engagement.
Responsibilities
- Create and deliver periodic business metrics, service statistics for proposals, and ad hoc reporting
- Co-manage the Tyler Support reporting database and support workspace design with partners across team, division, corporate, and external vendor resources
- Define and support change management for business policies, procedures, and support systems through documentation and training
- Design, develop, and implement complex projects independently or as part of a team
- Present operational topics to support staff, management, and executive leadership
- Handle multiple priorities by responding to inquiries from support staff and management, resolving issues across urgency levels, and supporting other team members while staying composed under pressure
- Investigate issues to determine root cause and drive timely resolution
- Stay current on support industry best practices and business intelligence tools, including AI
Requirements
- BS/BA degree in a related field (or equivalent experience) is required
- Experience with SQL Server databases and advanced SQL, including the ability to generate reports from SQL data, is required
- Ability to communicate complex quantitative analysis clearly, precisely, and in an actionable way is required
- Power BI and Microsoft Dataverse experience is highly desired
- Demonstrated ability to create and generate periodic business metrics, service statistics for proposals, and ad hoc reports
- Knowledge Centered Service certifications are a plus
- Knowledge of Automated Call Distribution (ACD) and incident management systems is preferred
- Expanded knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel is required

Work Location & Schedule
- Based in the Yarmouth, ME office
- Open to fully onsite (5 days per week) and hybrid (3 days per week) schedules

Compensation
- USD 59,451 - 78,225 per year
Day-to-Day Overview
- Validate data refreshes and review report subscriptions
- Receive requests to add new metrics to existing reports and collaborate to understand their significance
- Analyze source data and report structures, then plan report updates and integration
- Investigate dataset anomalies that require deeper review
- Partner with subject matter experts to identify root cause, propose solutions, and share findings with the team
