Data Analyst

Turn raw data into business insights as a Data Analyst in New York, NY (onsite), partnering with stakeholders to support decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to maintain accuracy and consistency
• Analyze large datasets to surface trends, patterns, and business opportunities
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and manipulate data
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights
• Monitor KPIs and prepare recurring performance reports
• Identify data quality issues and recommend improvements to data collection and management processes
• Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning through data analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics or a related field
• 1–4 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and database management
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau for data visualization
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
