Data Analyst

Farmacia Caridad’s Central Offices are seeking a Data Analyst to support strategic decision-making through operational and financial insights. This role focuses on collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to help leadership understand performance across stores and operations.

Based in Bayamón, PR, the position is onsite, working closely with internal teams and participating as a business intelligence partner in strategic discussions.

What you will do

• Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, and other available tools.
• Work with the IT team to manage and optimize databases.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly executive reports for management.
• Collect, clean, and validate data coming from multiple sources, including POS, inventory, payroll, sales, and HR.
• Analyze operational, sales, inventory, and store performance trends.
• Detect patterns, anomalies, and improvement opportunities through data analysis.
• Develop predictive models and perform correlation analysis to support forecasting.
• Maintain data integrity and quality across company systems.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies, including HIPAA where applicable.
• Participate in strategic meetings as a business intelligence provider.
• Deliver data-driven recommendations to improve operational efficiency.
