Data Analyst
Job Description
BayCare is seeking a Data Analyst for the Risk Management-BCHS area. This hybrid role in Clearwater, FL focuses on designing and supporting reporting and analytics solutions, including dashboards, automated reporting, and ad hoc analysis used to inform business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement, maintain, and support data reporting and analytics solutions aligned with the needs of assigned business areas.
- Use multiple databases, reporting tools, and data sources to build interactive dashboards, automated reporting, data visualizations, and ad hoc analyses.
- Produce meaningful reporting and actionable analytics that support departmental initiatives.
- Work with stakeholders to determine reporting requirements, maintain data integrity, and deliver insights that support informed decision-making.
- Act as a subject matter resource for data reporting and analytics.
- Partner with business and technical teams to optimize reporting processes and improve system capabilities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by applying data analysis and reporting solutions that improve organizational performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- At least one year of experience in data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, healthcare analytics, risk management analytics, or a related field.
- Experience developing dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools.
- Experience working with databases, data extraction, and reporting technologies is preferred.
