Data Analyst

On-site Data Analyst role supporting FCC/C10F and NAVAIR with technical, operational, and data/systems engineering subject matter expertise.

• Provide subject matter expertise in technical, operational, and data/systems engineering for FCC/C10F and NAVAIR
• Collaborate with Government leads/POCs and participate in on-site support
• Perform on-site work in Fort George G Meade, MD
• Support engineering efforts in alignment with support for FCC/C10F and NAVAIR (contingent upon award)
• Leverage U.S. Navy data engineering capabilities related to TCPED and SIGINT to support the mission

Requirements

• Experience with U.S. Navy Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation and Dissemination (TCPED) supporting current and future Navy operational dataflow networks onboard U.S. Navy tactical platforms
• Experience supporting enablement and/or improvement of NSA Enerprise Services (NES) within Distributed SIGINT Architecture (DSO)
• Experience recommending end-to-end SIGINT data engineering capabilities
• Experience/knowledge of communications architecture and associated NES for disseminating national-to-tactical SIGINT data in support of naval operations and systems

Desired Skills

• Prior experience supporting FCC/C10F and NAVAIR
• Prior experience with NIWC Pacific or NIWC Atlantic initiatives
• Experience working with appropriate NSA offices and Navy representatives
• Experience building and executing plans/initiatives leveraging advanced national technological capabilities to enable tactical platform dataflow

Compensation

• USD 96,600 - 160,850 per yearly
