Responsibilities
- Build advanced technology solutions and execute data engineering activities on mission-driven projects.
- Deploy and develop pipelines and platforms that organize disparate data and give it meaning.
- Guide a multi-disciplinary team of analysts, data engineers, developers, and data consumers in an agile environment.
- Manage the assessment, design, construction, and maintenance of scalable platforms for clients.
- Leverage experience in analytical exploration and data examination to support platform design, building, and ongoing maintenance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience creating software for retrieving, parsing, and processing structured and unstructured data
- 3+ years of experience with Python, SQL, Scala, or Java
- 3+ years of experience building scalable ETL / ELT workflows for reporting and analytics
- Experience delivering solutions within a collaborative, cross-functional team
- Experience using version control tools such as GitLab, GitHub, or Bitbucket
- Ability to develop scripts and programs for converting various data types into usable formats and to support scaling, monitoring, and operation of data platforms
- TS / SCI clearance
- HS diploma or GED
- Ability to obtain a Security+ Certification within 30 days of start date

Compensation
The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
