Data Analyst

The Data Analyst role at PARKVIEW HEALTH SERVICES LLC supports strategic and operational decision-making by collecting, validating, analyzing, and reporting data. The position works closely with clinical, operational, and financial teams, helping deliver dashboards and reports within InsightRx while supporting compliance, audits, and research initiatives.

Experience & Education

• Minimum experience: 2 years
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Support the centralization of data by integrating pharmacy and operational data into InsightRx, the organization’s primary data platform.
• Conduct data validation and quality checks to help ensure accuracy and consistency across systems.
• Build and maintain dashboards and standard reports in InsightRx to provide visibility into KPIs related to operations, inventory, and sales.
• Create ad hoc reports and maintain recurring reports based on departmental needs, guided by senior team members.
• Assist with data analysis and data mining to support Summit Clinical Institute research initiatives, demonstrating the clinical and economic value of services.
• Provide data support for compliance, audits, and third-party accreditation requirements.
• Help document data sources, processes, and reporting logic.
• Learn and support InsightRx dashboard and reporting tools, including assisting with basic training and user support as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Familiarity with industry technology systems to gather data and problem solve.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerBI; working knowledge of SQL is a plus.
• Preferred: Python experience writing efficient, scalable, and testable code, with strong command of relevant libraries and frameworks.
• Preferred: exposure to database concepts and data visualization tools.
• Preferred: experience in healthcare or pharmacy environments.
