Data Analyst

US HealthConnect is hiring a Data Analyst for its Fort Washington, Pennsylvania office. The position focuses on collecting data, performing analysis, and producing reporting outputs, with direct reporting to the Analytics Manager.

Role Overview

In this role, you will gather information from internal and external data sources, analyze data sets to identify meaningful patterns, and translate results into clear insights for internal teams and external clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire data from various internal and external data sources
• Create reports for internal teams and external clients
• Identify, analyze, and interpret patterns within data sets using statistical techniques
• Derive and communicate data insights to stakeholders
• Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and data analysis and BI best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BS) in Mathematics or Computer Science
• 2+ years of working experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist
• Strong knowledge of query languages such as SQL
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to generate information quickly and manage multiple projects at once
• Ability to work extended hours as needed

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Machine Learning is a plus
