Data Analyst - AI Trainer
Job Description
DataAnnotation is seeking a remote Data Analyst - AI Trainer to contribute from its Baton Rouge, Louisiana base with flexible remote options. In this contract role, you will design and solve coding problems used to train AI systems, craft clear, high-quality code blocks with explanations, and evaluate AI-generated code to guide ongoing model improvements. This position emphasizes hands-on problem solving and direct impact on future AI technology.
Compensation

Responsibilities
- Craft and tackle a range of coding challenges used to train AI systems.
- Produce well-documented code snippets and accompanying explanations.
- Assess AI-generated code for accuracy, efficiency, and clarity.
- Offer actionable feedback that guides the next generation of AI models.
Requirements
- Fluency in English at native or bilingual level.
- Proficiency in at least one of the following languages or frameworks: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Kotlin, or Swift.
- Excellent writing and grammar skills.
- Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress).
- Previous experience as a Software Developer, Coder, Software Engineer, or Programmer is preferred.
