Data Analyst - AI Trainer

DataAnnotation is seeking a remote contract Data Analyst - AI Trainer in Richmond, VA to design and solve coding problems used to train AI systems, write code and explanations, evaluate AI-generated code, and provide feedback to shape future AI models.

Responsibilities

• Create and solve a range of coding challenges designed to train AI systems.
• Produce clear, high-quality code samples accompanied by thorough explanations.
• Assess AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and readability.
• Deliver actionable feedback that informs the next generation of AI models.

Requirements

• English fluency at native or bilingual level.
• Proficiency in at least one of: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Kotlin, or Swift.
• Excellent writing and grammar skills.
• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress).
