Job Description

Riverbend Community Mental Health, Inc. is seeking a Data Analyst to help turn healthcare data into practical reporting and dashboards. This 100% on-site role in Concord, NH supports better data quality, strengthens EMR-related systems, and enables leadership and teams to make more informed decisions across the organization.

In this position, you will work with healthcare and operational stakeholders to collect and interpret data, maintain reporting that supports performance and outcomes, and translate complex findings into clear, actionable insights.

Role Focus

  • Transform healthcare data into actionable reports and dashboards.
  • Improve data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reports and departmental sources.
  • Support optimization of EMR and related systems, including data utilization and efficiency.
  • Collaborate across departments to communicate insights and strengthen organizational decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret healthcare data to uncover trends, opportunities, and insights aligned to organizational priorities.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that enable leadership and departments to monitor performance, evaluate outcomes, and support informed decisions.
  • Convert complex data into clear, actionable information and recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Support accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reports, systems, and departmental data sources.
  • Partner with agency leaders and teams to address reporting needs, answer data questions, and provide insights for planning and operational decision-making.
  • Support EMR training, system enhancements, new tools, and workflow implementations to improve efficiency and data usage.
  • Help teams understand and effectively use available healthcare data to improve processes, strengthen reporting, and support Riverbend’s mission.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Health Informatics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Public Health, or a related field required; Master degree preferred. Demonstrated experience may substitute for the educational requirement.
  • 3 years of experience required (3–5 years in healthcare operations or a related field preferred).
  • Experience querying relational databases.

Compensation

  • USD 70,500 - 91,600 per yearly
  • Location: Concord, NH (onsite)
