Data Analyst I
Job Description
Verdantas is hiring a Data Analyst I in San Ramon, CA to support stormwater invoicing and apply analytics to client and operational needs.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple internal and external sources
- Support dashboard, report, and visualization development to communicate key insights
- Analyze datasets to surface trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and business objectives
- Document data processes and help maintain data accuracy and consistency
- Build exposure to real-world analytics use cases in consulting, operations, and project delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with Excel and/or data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
- Exposure to SQL, Python, R, or similar tools is a plus
- Ability to clearly communicate findings and work collaboratively
- Curiosity, initiative, and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment

Compensation: USD 65,000 - 68,000 per year
