Data Analyst Level 2

Experis is hiring a Data Analyst Level 2 for a Process Data Analyst contract role based in Cincinnati, OH (100% onsite). In this position, you will support data-driven decision-making and operational improvement by analyzing large datasets, delivering reporting, and partnering with stakeholders to track KPIs and performance.

This role focuses on turning complex data into clear insights, strengthening data quality, and monitoring outcomes across pilots, new initiatives, and process changes.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Translate complex findings into actionable insights and present results to business stakeholders and leadership.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards for ongoing visibility.
• Conduct pre- and post-launch analysis for pilots, new initiatives, and process changes.
• Validate data and perform audits to support accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems and reports.
• Lead stakeholder meetings to define KPIs, metrics, measurement plans, and reporting requirements.
• Monitor key performance indicators and provide insights for weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to produce data-driven recommendations that improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain store- and department-level savings estimation models.
• Act as a technical and analytical advisor to field teams and corporate leadership.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes through analysis and performance measurement.

Requirements

• Experience in data analysis, business analytics, process analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large datasets.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking.
• Proven ability to communicate analytical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with data validation, auditing, and quality assurance.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
