Description
The selected candidate will become a member of the Integrated Data Solutions (IDS) team within Data Product Integration & Delivery (DPID) and Illustrated Parts Data (IPD). This multi-year IPB design, development, deployment, and sustainment effort aims to establish a new end-to-end capability that unites engineering, logistics, configuration, technical data, and lifecycle tools and processes. The role involves data analysis, applying configuration management, and driving data quality and governance standards. You will lead the definition of requirements, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of IPB driven, 2D/3D visualization data (both structured and unstructured) and related process flows.

Basic Qualifications
- Proven experience analyzing and interpreting engineering or logistics data, drawings or schematics, and 2D/3D graphics.
- Experience handling large datasets and translating insights into narrative form.
- Experience with data visualization.
- Familiarity with data modeling, manipulation, translation, profiling, and cleansing in a technical data environment.
- Ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance to perform job duties.
Desired Skills
- Bachelor of Science degree in a technical discipline (for example, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, etc.).
- Experience performing data governance and configuration management within IPB or technical publications environments.
- Familiarity or hands-on experience with Illustrated Parts Data in an aerospace and defense environment.
- Knowledge of PLM or LSAR data within enterprise systems such as IDS, IPB/JTD, ATLAS/SLICwave, Teamcenter/PDM, including configuration, data migration, workflow automation, and integration with downstream engineering tools.
- Experience with IPB authoring tools (Contenta) or industry standards such as S1000D, XML Schema, and/or DTD Development.
- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python and R).
- Strong communication skills: produce concise design briefs, documentation, and technical illustrations; facilitate cross-functional workshops; gather feedback; and negotiate solutions aligned with business goals.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development practices and requirement management tools.
Security Clearance
This position requires a government security clearance. You must be a United States citizen to be considered.
Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework. The selected candidate will work part of their schedule remotely and part at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The exact weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin offers a range of alternate work schedules to provide additional flexibility. Schedules vary from standard 40 hours over five days to condensed formats. Condensed schedules come with additional time off and are in addition to Paid Time Off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour days, 3 days off per week
