Data & Analytics Engineer

This onsite role in Sharon, MA, offers a salary range of USD 100,000 to 125,000 per year for a Data & Analytics Engineer responsible for owning and evolving end-to-end data and reporting infrastructure across ecommerce and wholesale operations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and sustain Power BI dashboards for ecommerce and wholesale operations
• Produce clear, actionable reports covering ecommerce and wholesale activities
• Convert business requirements into scalable reporting solutions
• Improve dashboard usability and reporting performance on an ongoing basis
• Develop, manage, and maintain data pipelines
• Develop and monitor dataflows, integrations, and data refresh processes
• Ensure dependable data ingestion from multiple systems
• Diagnose and resolve pipeline failures and data discrepancies
• Optimize data architecture for performance and scalability
• Document data sources, transformations, and business logic
• Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting layers
• Collaborate with operations, sales, and executive leadership to capture data requirements
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance processes and performance
• Proactively identify opportunities to streamline workflows and boost productivity

Requirements

• Hands-on expertise with Power BI development and deployment
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric or equivalent modern data platform
• Proven experience building and maintaining data pipelines and ETL processes
• Proven track record of building reporting systems from the ground up
• Experience integrating data from multiple sources and systems
• Meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy
