Job Description

D’Addario & Company is hiring a hands-on Data Analytics Engineer to strengthen its Business Intelligence team and support the build-out of a production-ready global data infrastructure. This hybrid role in Farmingdale, NY focuses on designing and operating ELT/ETL pipelines and analytics-ready data models that power reporting and self-service BI.

What you’ll do

  • Design, implement, and maintain robust, high-performance ELT/ETL data pipelines within Microsoft Fabric and the broader data environment.
  • Connect and harmonize new data sources, including ERP, e-commerce platforms, and external APIs, into a centralized data platform.
  • Transform raw data into clean, well-structured dimensional models, data marts, and reusable datasets (such as star schemas) for analysis-ready reporting and self-service analytics.
  • Build and maintain semantic models and standardized metric definitions in Power BI and Microsoft Fabric so teams work from a single, trusted source of truth.
  • Implement automated testing, validation, and monitoring to ensure accuracy, reliability, and documentation for pipelines and datasets.
  • Partner with analysts and stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Product to translate business needs into dependable data products.
  • Contribute to improving team standards for coding, documentation, version control, and DataOps across data engineering and analytics workflows.

What you bring

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Engineer, Analytics Engineer, or equivalent.
  • Experience building and maintaining production-grade data pipelines and analytics data models.
  • Proficiency in Python, PySpark, and SQL.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

Compensation

  • Base salary range: $115,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience, skills, and qualifications.
  • Discretionary annual bonus eligibility, in accordance with company policy.
