Data Engineer II, Analytics Delivery Services (ADS)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior engineers to model and implement data pipelines that move employee-related data across middle and last mile data flows.
• Own the end-to-end delivery of data models and pipelines.
• Plan and manage project timelines and delivery commitments to ensure progress stays on track.
• Support the ongoing recruitment and development of technical talent, both directly and indirectly.
• Develop and execute quality plans, project plans, testing strategies, and related processes in alignment with business and project management efforts.
• Maintain the in-house cluster and continually improve cluster health through alerts and essential capabilities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of data engineering experience.
• 1+ years developing and operating large-scale data structures for business intelligence analytics using ETL/ELT processes.
• 1+ years developing and operating large-scale data structures for business intelligence analytics using OLAP technologies.
• 1+ years developing and operating large-scale data structures for business intelligence analytics using data modeling.
• 1+ years developing and operating large-scale data structures for business intelligence analytics using SQL.
• 1+ years developing and operating large-scale data structures for business intelligence analytics using Oracle.
• Experience with data modeling, warehousing, and building ETL pipelines.
