Responsibilities

• Develop and drive the framework for collaborating with enterprise partners to plan new AI solutions.
• Design, build, deploy, and maintain AI solutions throughout their lifecycle.
• Support documentation, governance, compliance, and ongoing maintenance of AI models and solutions.
• Explore advanced modeling and AI techniques to enhance predictive capabilities while staying current with industry trends.
• Foster strong partnerships with internal business stakeholders to deliver enterprise-scale solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or Economics.
• 2–3 years of experience building sophisticated models using machine learning, segmentation, time series, and other advanced analytics methodologies.

Work Environment

Normal office environment with remote or hybrid options. If you are within 60 miles of a Bread Financial location, you will be in the office 3 to 4 days per month.
